Description

Washington DC's iconic skyline bursts across a cream ground in explosive splashes of jewel tones, deep purples, reds, and blues, with recognizable monuments like the Washington Monument and Capitol Building rendered in vivid watercolor splatters. The composition anchors the cityscape with a grounding line of darker pigment that fades into delicate wisps, creating a sense of energy and movement against the calm, neutral background.
